In the past we have been able to host our house
pool party / cook-outs, Thanksgiving dinners as well as last years Redneck
Weekend without charging a cover charge. It was my intent to do the same this year. With the increase of projected attendance /
expenses we decided it would be best if we requested an optional $10.00
(suggested donation) per person to help defray the costs of the weekend. If
you are unable to contribute, or would prefer to bring a dish to share
(instead of cash donation) please e-mail me and let me know. We do not want
anyone not to attend because they can't afford to donate. Money collected will be used to help pay the
weekends occurred expenses. Food, pop, bottle water, paper products, LP for
turkey fryer & grill, bags of ice, shock (for hot-tub), event expenses,
etc. This is NOT an event fee,
it is simply a donation to help cover expenses in making the event
successful. Everyone is welcome to join us! Plenty of
complementary camping space, limited floor space, a few beds, couple couches
